Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  For smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture, our concierge team will contact you to schedule a professional freight pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
